the chamber

Own 1%. Join the 1%.

A club of one hundred. Membership is one percent of the supply, held for ten consecutive days. Hold it, you are in. Drop below, you are out. There will never be a hundred and one.

  • own 1% of the supply
  • hold it 10 days
  • 100 members. never more

$SEAT is a key. One percent of the supply is a seat in a private club of one hundred people. Not ninety-nine, not a hundred and one. Hold your 1% for ten days and the door opens.

  1. 01Buy 1% of the supply.
  2. 02Hold it ten days straight.
  3. 03The chamber opens. A seat, a vote, and a say over the club fund. Never a payout.
What a seat gets you

the rule

Because we are the 1%, we shouldn't own more.

01Why

Every memecoin rewards the biggest bag. This one stops at one percent. Holding more buys you nothing: a whale with thirty percent has the same seat, the same voice, as a member with one.

02How

Hold 1% of the circulating supply of $SEAT for ten consecutive days. On day ten, your wallet is written into the register and the door opens. Drop under 1% for a single day and the seat is lost. The count starts again from zero.

03What

A private chamber of one hundred seats. Never more, by arithmetic. Every new member has to buy another member's seat. One seat, one vote. No dividends, no yield: access, and a say in what the Chamber does next.

what a seat gets you

Three things. No fourth.

  1. A ring of one hundred chairs around a round council table under a single shaft of light01

    The room

One hundred people. Every one of them put one percent of the market cap on the line and left it there for ten days. You cannot buy in tomorrow. You cannot talk your way in. The filter is the point.

  2. An open strongbox at the centre of a council table, light pouring out of it02

    The fund

Half of every fee goes to one published address. It fills with every trade. The hundred decide what it pays for. One seat, one vote, forty-eight hours.

It is not a dividend. Nothing is ever paid out to holders.

  3. A single council chair seen from behind, a blank engraved plaque on its top rail03

    The number

seat_07 is not seat_83. The log is public and permanent. So is losing it.

the register

0/100

Seats occupied. The register is written from the chain, once a day, from the moment the token exists.

  • register: empty
  • contract: not deployed
  • doors: 18.09, 21:00 cet
register your intent

It gives you nothing. No allocation, no priority, no whitelist. One percent held for ten days is the only way in.

the club

What one hundred people do in the Chamber.

An overhead view of an empty amphitheater around a long table with one red telephone

The chamber

One seat, one vote. Every member lays their cards on the table: what they hold, why, what it cost them. A hundred plays, read by a hundred pairs of eyes. The Chamber decides what it does next.

A velvet rope in front of a closed black door under a small red sign

The party

What happens behind the door is decided behind the door. Members fund it, members attend it, the register says nothing.

Poker chips, a whisky glass, a numbered key tag and a red die on black felt

The vice

The gamble is the point. Keep your seat and you keep your say. Lose it and the register writes one line about you.

secure

Secure your seat. Secure your network.

A seat is not bought once. It is held, every day, in front of ninety-nine people who want it. Before launch, the register only follows. Follow it back, and be there when the Chamber opens.
